Love, Joy, Peace...
MINISTRIES
The church administers the Word and the Sacraments and is involved in all seasons of life from birth to death.
Baptism
Baptism is a significant part of our faith journey as we come from the baptismal waters to live a new life as children of God. Our baptism sets us out on a lifelong journey that is characterized by our relationship to God, our relationship to our faith community, our relationships in our community and the wider world. Living our baptismal covenant means living a life of growth in the faith practices of discipleship. For more information, contact the church office at office.krlc@gmail.com.

Confirmation
Our congregation hosts a Confirmation Program for 7th and 8th graders. We use a flexible format, meeting once a month as a group, and doing other learning and activities at home or online. Our first group meeting is typically held in October at the church; we strongly encourage students and parents to attend the introductory meeting! Adults are also welcome to attend! Contact the church office (office.krlc@gmail.com) if you are interested in these classes.

Marriage and Commitment Ceremonies
Knife River Lutheran Church (KRLC) encourages marriage as a powerful means of experiencing and sharing love and life together. Christian marriage is an opportunity for two people to formally declare their commitment to love, honor and support each other as an outgrowth of their Christian faith. The love, faithfulness and sacrifice of Christ is reflected in the marriage relationship. Contact the church office (office.krlc@gmail.com) if interested.

The Columbarium
A place of remembrance and peace
What is a Columbarium?
The Columbarium is located above the Memorial Garden and serves as a place for the cremains of family members, community members and loved ones to be put, honoring their memory and the hope of the resurrection. Contact the church office if you are considering this option. Columbarium niches are available for the inurnment of cremains. Each niche includes a stone faceplate with a suitable inscription. Memorial plaques are also available if you wish to remember someone but do not need a niche.
